People are definitely a company's greatest asset, therefore the investment in the continuous development of our staff is one of the company´s priorities. Our team of Engineers and qualified technicians underwent specialized training in Europe or Asia to ensure they can work and solve any technical problem related to the solar power equipment on site, with safety, confidence and minimum time of response.
At the customer request we provide furthermore for their PV plants: security solutions, specialized cleaning methods, monitoring system control and any other staff that the Power Plant may need in order to operate it safely, reliably and efficiently.
Managing Director
Tobias Deissler
Tobias is the Managing Director; the position he holds since 2012. Prior to this position he was the COO of the Assyce Group at the headquarter in Spain. He establishes and executes strategy, plans, programs, budgets, and operations for a team of 35 professionals engaged in the development, construction and operation of Solar Power Plants, with the goal to benefit society, impact on environmental aspects and improve the quality of life. He has more than 15 years of working experience and has participated in more than 100 MW of projects.
He earned a Civil Engineering Diploma at the Technical University of Darmstadt and holds a Diploma of International Business Administration.
Solar energy is available all over the world, not only close to the Equator. Therefore no country needs to import energy.
Finance & Personal Assistant
Pannipa Tansiri
Khun Pannipa is an administrative professional with an university degree in Finance.
She is often the person in charge of the organization's correspondence, and is usually the first point of contact for visitors. Her excellent office skills, accurate filing, preparing for meetings, dealing with people, both on the telephone and face-to-face, exceptional interpersonal abilities make her irreplaceable. She takes care of the company´s accounting and financial matters.

Technical Director
Jose Luis Alvarez Usero
Jose Luis is our Technical Director. He is in charge of all technical issues and our O&M Manager. He has accumulated more than 12 years of experience in the Solar PV Sector and succesfully participated in the Construction of several MW. He is a specialist in Telecommunications and Monitoring Systems.
Jose Luis has a master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at the ETSI of Telecommunications, Madrid, Spain.
Solar cells are long-lasting, easy to install and require very little maintenance.
Electrical Engineer NRS
Piyasak Poungjampha
As Electrical Engineer Khun Piyasak is responsible for the Operation & Maintenance Team in Nahkon Ratchasima. He has more than 6 years of experience as Electrical Engineer, more than 2,5 years in the Solar PV Sector. His knowledge and expertise make him very valuable. He is responsible to train new staff and team members and has experience in several Monitoring Installations. He has achieved Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering and a Diploma of Electronics.
The sun sends to the earth 4,500 times more energy than we use, if we use only one part of it, we would have energy for all.
Chief Electrician CRS
Jatuporn Chaiwut
As Chief Electrician on Chiang Rai Solar Plant, Khun Jatuporn has more than 3 years experience as Head of the Operation & Maintenance Staff.
He leads a team of more than 12 persons. He recently participated with outstanding effort and with success in the construction of a 10 MWp Solar Power Plant in Samut Sahkon.
He coordinated the electrical construction according to the design with the subcontractors, had the supervision of the works and the QA control.
The solar energy is clean and inexhaustible, we need to take advantage of it.
Electrical Engineer SS
Chaiwat Kheankhompor
Khun Chaiwat is our Electrical Engineer and the team leader for the Operation & Maintenance Team on Samut Sahkon PV Project Site.
He has more than 2 years of experience working on Solar Power Plants. He graduated in Electrical Engineering with a Bachelor´s Degree
at the University of Phayao.

Technical Engineer
Raul Martín Rosas
Raul, is our Technical Engineer for the Civil Works with more than 10 years of experience in the construction sector. He is in charge for site visits, predesigns and calculations for new projects. He takes care of the relationship with owner, subcontractors and OE´s, prepares meetings, reports and controls the technical documentations as well as the QA/QC control. Raul has a university degree of Technical Architect obtained in Granada, Spain and additionally a Master Degree in Technology of Photovoltaic Solar Energy Systems.
Solar lights are a visible statement of commitment to the environment.
Industrial Engineer
Francisco López Moreno
Francisco, is the head engineer, he has more than 15 years of experience and participated in more than 120 MW of Solar Power Plant Constructions around the globe. Besides that, he has designed and supervised several industrial installations. He has obtained the Industrial Engineering Degree at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain and additionally he achieved the Master´s Degree in Energy Efficiency.
The improvements in energy efficiency, transforms into savings in the energy consumption.
